Join Us at The Searcy Community School of Music
Our goal is to encourage musical expression and enjoyment in our community by providing music lessons to children and adults, helping them to develop life-long skills in making and appreciating music.
Private Lessons meet weekly for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the student’s ability and preference, and are scheduled by teacher and student at mutually convenient times. We offer lessons in:
- Violin and other stringed instruments
- All band instruments
Recitals are held at the conclusion of every semester, allowing our students the opportunity to share their musical accomplishments with family and friends. All students are strongly encouraged to participate.
The Searcy Community School of Music is sponsored by the Searcy Arts Council, and is not affiliated with Harding University. We express our appreciation to the Department of Music for allowing us the use of their facilities.
