Fees

 

Registration fee: A nonrefundable family registration fee of $25 per school year is due with application. Your application fee entitles the student to a free SCSM t-shirt, which can be picked up at the SCSM office. Additional shirts are available for purchase, if desired.

Music/Materials Purchase: Each student's individual instructor will recommend music to be purchased. Photocopies, except in emergency situations, will not be allowed.

Scholarships: A limited number of partial scholarships are available, and are awarded based on need. For information and applications contact the Director.

Service Opportunity: If you would like to help provide music education to more students in our community, we invite you to become a Sponsor or to make a donation to our Scholarship Fund. Contact the SCSM Director.

• Monthly payment amounts include a 5% handling fee and are due at the end of each month. (Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov or Jan/Feb/Mar/April)
• Semester tuition single-payments are due by the end of the third week of lessons. Those received after that date may be charged a 5% late fee.
• PAYMENTS may be submitted one of two ways:
  1. Dropped off in a marked envelope at the Department of Music Office or the SCSM Director's office (M211) in the Reynolds Building on Harding's campus
  2. Mailed to HU Box 10767, Searcy AR 72149
