Tuition
Private Lessons Tuition for each 14-week term is based upon lesson length and Instructor Level and is posted in the chart below for the 2025-2026 academic year. Single-payment semester tuition is due by the second lesson of the semester. For installments, semester tuition is divided into three payments, each due the first day of the first three months of the term, including a 5% fee:
- Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1 for the Fall term
- February 1, March 1, April 1 for the Spring term
Please note that lessons will be suspended when a payment is a month late.

Annual Registration Fee
A nonrefundable registration fee of $35 for each family, per school year (non-refundable) is due with your registration form. Summer lessons do not require a registration fee.
Payments
Tuition and fee payments may be submitted in one of several ways:
- PAYPAL: To pay your tuition bill, please contact the Director to have a PayPal invoice sent to you. (2.5% electronic handling cost added.) To pay the annual Registration Fee, see the button in the right-hand column.
- DROP-OFF: Please bring checks or cash in an envelope to the Music Office (during regular business hours) or to the door box of M211 in the Reynolds Center on the Harding University campus.
- MAIL: Send payments to SCSM – Director, HU Box 10767, Searcy AR 72149
- EDUCATIONAL FREEDOM ACCOUNTS: Those students who have an EFA through the Arkansas LEARNS Act may pay their tuition with those funds. The Director will send an invoice for you to use.
